Seller was very quick to respond and helpful, I had the tiles delivered to a pick up point rather than to my address and there were a couple of broken tiles due to the delivery company. I let Retro Reflections know and Marianne contacted me straight away and sent out replacements which were sent directly to my address and arrived promptly and intact. She also kindly sent me a free tube of adhesive for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend the service and the tiles look amazing! Thankyou.
